James Beyer grew up in Connecticut and is a lifelong resident. He currently lives in Glastonbury with his wife Michelle and their lab/shepherd mix, Kooba. James is a devout Christian and deacon at his church. He enjoys spending time with his family, working out, bike riding, helping others, meeting new people, learning, reading, and being around other successful people.

James started in the financial industry after witnessing his grandmother fight a courageous battle with lymphoma for over 7 years. The battle was devastating for his family as they watched her struggle with activities of daily living. James witnessed firsthand the importance of proper planning.
